Luke is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales in the London region.

Primary job responsibilities of an area sales manager at Easy-Trim includes, developing efficient and creative sales strategies for the assigned territory, tending to his customers needs and requirements.

1) How would you describe your day job at easy-trim?

Exciting, Challenging, interesting, rewarding

2) What gets you out of bed in the morning?

An alarm clock followed by breakfast, definitely the most important meal of the day

3) Before easy-trim, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had and why?

I taught sailing and windsurfing between the ages of 16-21

4) If you could switch job roles with anyone here, what would you be doing?

Something within the product development side of the business, thinking of the new Easy-Trim products

5) What do you like the most about your job and what are your biggest challenges?

Every day is different at Easy-Trim, the customer base is very mixed and I enjoy dealing with the Roofing, Plastic, Builders merchants and the different requirements of these customers.

6) If you could change one thing right now about your job what would it be?

To drive in less London traffic

7) Tell us about your favourite memory to date at easy-trim?

The Build show 2016, I was a newbie at Easy-Trim and everyone made me feel so welcome, it was also great to chat to Easy-trim’s customers who spoke so enthusiastically about the products and company.

8) When you’re not working at easy-trim what do you get up to?

I enjoy seeing live music at gigs and festivals, Dinghy Sailing is my sport of choice and I race a boat competitively down on the South Coast

9) What is your biggest achievement in life to date?

Asking my girlfriend to marry me.

10) What is the most important thing you have learned in the last 5 years?

The above is also the most terrifying thing I have ever done!

11) If you could pick anyone, dead or alive to be your life mentor who would it be and why?

Michael Eavis-Glastonbury founder, such an amazing festival to go to and would love to have been at those early festivals at Worthy Farm.

12) What is your guilty pleasure?

Eastenders, I used to call it Deadenders before I got hooked on it when I moved in with my girlfriend

13) If you could learn to do anything what would it be?

To Fly a helicopter

14) What is your life motto or personal mantra?

Go big or Go home

15) Tell us the one thing you hate the most?

Being late

17) What is your hidden talent or party trick?

I trained as a chef at catering college and love to cook

18) If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life what would it be?

Active, Dependable, Curious

20) If you came back as an animal what would you be and why?

Eagle, they fly higher than any other bird.
